As the school year progresses, notes on the physical fitness and SAT testing will be placed here.
The President's Challenge is a "Fitness Is Fun" program. Mrs. C. Mayfield, our Physical Education teacher is responsible for this program and tests approximately 550 students twice a year. The success of the President's Challenge program depends on the enthusiasm, knowledge, and role-modeling of educators like Mrs. Mayfield and other youth leaders. Mrs. Mayfield has listed some of the information in her section of the Kingwood Elementary WEB pages in the Physical Education area. Please take a look for a brief overview.
