I am writing this urgent message because I was once a witch. I lived by the stars as an astrologer and numerologist casting horoscopes and spells. I lived in the mysterious and shadowy realm of the occult. By means of spells and magic, I was able to invoke the powers of the "controlling unknown" and fly upon the night winds transcending the astral plane. Halloween was my favorite time of the year and I was intrigued and absorbed in the realm of Wiccan witchcraft. All of this was happening in the decade of the 1960's when witchcraft was just starting to come out of the broom closet.

It was during that decade of the 1960's, in the year 1966, that a woman named J.K. Rowling was born. This is the woman who has captivated the world in this year of 2000 with four books known as the "Harry Potter Series." These books are orientational and instructional manuals of witchcraft woven into the format of entertainment. These four books by J.K. Rowling teach witchcraft! I know this because I was once very much a part of that world. Witchcraft was very different in the 1960's. There were a lot fewer witches, and the craft was far more secretive. At the end of that spiritually troubled decade, I was miraculously saved by the power of Jesus Christ and His saving blood. I was also delivered from every evil spirit that lived in me and was set free. However, as I began to attend fundamental Christian churches, I realized that even there witchcraft had left its mark. Pagan holidays and sabats were celebrated as "Christian holidays."

As time went on, I watched the so-called "Christian" churches compromising and unifying. I also watched with amazement as teachings from Eastern religions and "New Age" doctrine began to captivate congregations. It was a satanic set-up, and I saw it coming. Illuministic conspirators were bringing forth a one-world religion with a cleverly concealed element of occultism interwoven in its teachings. In order to succeed in bringing witchcraft to the world and thus complete satanic control, an entire generation would have to be induced and taught to think like witches, talk like witches, dress like witches, and act like witches. The occult songs of the 1960's launched the Luciferian project of capturing the minds of an entire generation. In the song "Sound Of Silence" by Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, we were told of seeds that were left while an entire generation was sleeping, and that the "vision that was planted in my brain still remains." Now it is the year 2000. All of the foundations for occultism and witchcraft are in place. The Illuminists have to move quickly, because time is running out.

It was the Communist revolutionary Lenin who said, "Give me one generation of youth, and I will transform the entire world." Now an entire generation of youth has been given to a woman named J.K. Rowling and her four books on witchcraft, known as the Harry Potter Series. As a former witch, I can speak with authority when I say that I have examined the works of Rowling and that the Harry Potter books are training manuals for the occult. Untold millions of young people are being taught to think, speak, dress and act like witches by filling their heads with the contents of these books. Children are obsessed with the Harry Potter books that they have left television and video games to read these witchcraft manuals.

The first book of the series, entitled "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," finds the orphan, Harry Potter, embarking into a new realm when he is taken to "Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry." At this occult school, Harry Potter learns how to obtain and use witchcraft equipment. Harry also learns a new vocabulary, including words such as "Azkaban," "Circe," "Draco," "Erised," "Hermes," and "Slytherin"; all of which are names of real devils or demons. These are not characters of fiction!

How serious is this? By reading these materials, many millions of young people are learning how to work with demon spirits. They are getting to know them by name. Vast numbers of children professing to be Christians are also filling their hearts and minds, while willingly ignorant parents look the other way.

The titles of the books should be warning enough to make us realize how satanic and anti-christ these books are. The afore mentioned title of the first book, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," was a real give away. The second book was called "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets," while the third book was entitled "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban." Sadly enough, this blatant witchcraft has been endorsed by well-known and respected "Christian" leaders. Nothing could be more obvious than that Harry Potter books are pure witchcraft and of the devil. The "Christian" leaders, however, defend them by saying that good magic always wins and overcomes evil magic. This is the oldest con game ever hatched out of hell. As a real witch, I learned about the two sides of "the force." Apparently, so do many "Christian" leaders. When real witches have sabats and esbats and meet as a coven, they greet each other by saying "Blessed be," and when they part, they say "The Force be with you." Both sides of this "Force" are Satan. It is not a good side of the force that overcomes the bad side of the force, but rather it's the blood of Jesus Christ that destroys both supposed sides of the satanic "Force."

High level witches believe that there are seven satanic princes and that the seventh, which is assigned to Christians, has no name. In coven meetings, he is called "the nameless one." In the Harry Potter books, there is a character called "Voldemort." The pronunciation guide says of this being "He who must not be named."

On July 8 at midnight, bookstores everywhere were stormed by millions of children to obtain the latest and fourth book of the series known as "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire." These books were taken into homes everywhere with a real evil spirit following each copy to curse those homes. July 8th was also the 18th day (three sixes in numerology) from the witches' sabat of midsummer. July 8th was also the 13th day from the signing of the United Religions Charter in San Francisco. Now we have learned that the public school system is planning to use the magic of Harry Potter in the classrooms making the public schools centers of witchcraft training.

What does God have to say about such books as the Harry Potter series? In the Bible in the book of Acts, we read the following in the 19th chapter, verses 18 & 20: "And many that believed came, and confessed, and showed their deeds. Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. So mightily grew the Word of God and prevailed."

As parents, we will answer to God if we allow our children to read witchcraft books. The Word of God will prevail mightily in your life only if such things of Satan are destroyed. This tract has been prayed over, and I hope it has helped you. If we may be of further assistance, please contact us.

Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) for Ohio Introduced.

Companion bills in both the Ohio House and Senate have been introduced in the wake of the dangerous anti-family decision by the Vermont Supreme Court. Vermont, whose state motto is "Don't Tread on Me," just tread on an entire nation. The Vermont Supreme Court has now decided in spite of over two hundred years of history that their state constitution suddenly allows for homosexual marriage or homosexual domestic partnership.

PRAY

Public support for this bill will be loud and clear. Pray that the Ohio General Assembly will support the ban on homosexual marriage and move it to Gov. Bob Taft's desk rapidly. Pray that the Church of Jesus Christ will wake up and alert their congregations and pastors to respond.

TALKING POINTS:

Current law will not be changed under the proposed bills. ORC Section 3101.01-"Male persons of the age of eighteen years, and female persons of the age of sixteen years, not nearer of kin than second cousins, and not having a husband and wife living, may be joined in marriage.

Proposed addition to current Ohio law:

• Reasserts that the only legally recognized marriages in Ohio are those between persons of different sexes. Declares that same sex marriages are not authorized in Ohio by the Revised Code or the common law, and were not authorized prior to the effective date of this legislation. Declares that same sex marriages have no legal force or effect in this state. Declares that if a same sex marriage is attempted to be entered into in Ohio, it will be deemed void.

WHY OHIO needs DOMA?: the "Full faith and Credit" Clause.

U.S. Constitution: Article IV, Section 1- Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof. In short this means that a couple that is married in Vermont will be recognized as a married couple if they move to Ohio. According to the 1934 Supreme Court ruling in Loughran v. Loughran, a state must honor the marriage licenses of other states, "unless they are declared void by statute" of that state. Thirty(30) other states have already adopted DOMA: Similar statutes have been adopted in Alaska, Alabama,Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware,Florida,Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana,Maine,Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, N.Carolina, N. Dakota,Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, S. Carolina, S. Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia & Washington.

To comply with specific United Nations objectives, President Clinton and his administration are pushing very hard for legislation to totally disarm individual Americans, both physically and spiritually. Such an action will render us incapable of defending ourselves individually, our families and our homes and properties.

It s time for ALL Americans to wake up and realize the ultimate end result of such an action is total tyranny and dictatorship. No nation in history has ever survived the total disarming of its individual citizens, and thus there is no reason to expect that America, as we know it, will survive such an action.

There is no question about the fact that the United Nations has as its goal, total control over every aspect of every single individual in the world. To arrive at this conclusion all one has to do is to study (not just read) the various UN documents and plans relative to the proposed One World Government.

Following is a prime example of what happens to a people who have been totally disarmed.

After communicating with Reverend Hammond thru his Office Manager, Ms Danielle Taylor, I concluded that I have no other alternative but to share this EYE WITNESS account with you. Please read the following very carefully and prayerfully and I will add some additional information at the end of the following report.

Recently a local talk show host (Barbara Simpson of KSFO radio in San Francisco) interviewed Reverend Peter Hammond, over the phone from Capetown, South Africa.

Rev. Hammond has been a missionary for 18 years. He spoke of seeing thousands of bodies and/or skeletons of Tutsi victims of Hutu murderers in Rwanda. Hammond said that people from the UN stood by and allowed the slaughter by machetes to occur, and at times handed over Tutsis to the secret police. (Individual Tutsis were identified and marked for murder.)

The U.N. disarmed the Tutsi population in advance of the genocide. Spears, knives, and machetes, as well as all guns, were confiscated. Hammond said that all genocides have been preceded by disarmaments.

The Tutsi were Christians, and the Hutus are primarily anti-Christians; Hammond said there were three operative anti-Christian forces: 1) voodooists/animists 2) Marxists, who worked up the resentment against the Tutsis, who, as a result of their habits of clean-living, saving, investment, and so on, built up more material and financial success than the Hutus and 3) Islamists.

The Tutsis were primarily killed in churches, schools, and hospitals, the places to which they fled for sanctuary.

Rev. Hammond said he has watched U.N. personnel over the years and noted that, while many of the lower- or middle-level people were well-meaning "bleeding hearts", "absolutely" the upper echelons of the U.N. people were anti-Christian. He said so "without doubt, having been a missionary for 18 years."

He said that in Angola and Sudan, the U.N. was selective about who received aid.. He said persecution of Christians has been particularly bad over many years in Sudan.

ANTHROPOLOGIST SYMPOSIUM CALLS HUMAN BEINGS
A CANCER INFECTING PLANET EARTH

* The ghost of Thomas Malthus haunted the national meeting of the American Anthropological Association held a few weeks ago in Philadelphia. Malthus, an 18th Century minister, mathematician, and economist, suggested that the world's food supply could never keep up with population growth. Malthus predicted world-wide famine, something that has never materialized.

* Though widely discredited, Malthus spawned generations of progeny who continue to predict ever more elaborate theories of planetary doom. They now predict disaster from "omnivorous consumption of nonrenewable resources, the irreversible destruction of habitats and species, the fouling of the air and seas and the consequent changes in climate, and many other effects of the growing human horde."

* Following this line of reasoning was a theory promulgated at the Philadelphia meeting of American Anthropologists which affirmatively answered the question "Is the Human Species a Cancer on the Planet?" Warren Hern, a Colorado abortionist and the symposium organizer, said he noticed nearly a decade ago that "aerial and satellite views of urban centers taken over a period of years bore a striking similarity to images of cancerous tissue (particularly melanoma) invading the healthy surrounding tissue." Hern argued that "in many parts of the world the increase in human numbers is rapid and uncontrolled, that it invades and destroys habitats, and that by killing off many species it reduces the differentiation of nature. All of these features are characteristics of cancerous tumors."

* Also on the panel was Dr. Lynn Margulis of the University of Massachusetts who coauthored a theory known as the "Gaia Hypothesis" which says that the earth, like a living organism, deploys giant feedback mechanisms to maintain an environment hospitable to life. "For millions of years the earth got along without human beings, " she said, "and it will do so again. The only question is the nature of the human demise that has already begun." Gaia is a reference to the worship of the earth as a goddess.

* These theories are not new. They have appeared in various journals at least since the mid-1980s. What is new is that a well respected scientific body like the American Anthropologists would air them. As recently as four years ago this same symposium was rejected by a conference of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. At that time it was said by organizers that "you may not ask that question."

* What may disturb many is that these seemingly scientific assertions answer the long-time call of some environmentalists for a "culling" of the human race. A group calling itself Negative Population Growth argues that the United States, for instance, must reduce its population by 120 billion people. And only a few weeks ago billionaire Ted Turner called for a world-wide one-child policy similar to the one in China that practices forced abortion and coercive sterilization. Last year Turner pledged US $1 billion for UN population control programs.

The invitation-only meeting, held on Sunday at the Canadian Embassy, brought together delegates from 30 powerful delegations, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan.
• According to sources, most of the meeting consisted of a presentation by two Women's Caucus supporters (one of whom, Sarah Sharratt, has managed to attach herself to the Costa Rican delegation, ironically). Delegates were briefed on possible ways to ensure that key Women's Caucus language regarding "enforced pregnancy," a term utilized by radical-feminist lobbyists as code for criminalizing any denial of access to abortion, and language regarding so-called "gender justice," another code phrase intended to permanently bias the ICC in favour of radical-feminist perspectives, will survive into the final ICC Statute. Both elements of the radical-feminist agenda have come under heavy attack from predominantly Catholic and Muslim nations.
• The Costa Rican delegate demanded an explanation of the secret meeting from the Committee of the Whole chairman, Philippe Kirsch of Canada. The Costa Rican angrily noted that smaller delegations like his own had been deliberately excluded from the secret meeting. How, he demanded, could the ICC conference claim to have fairly considered the viewpoints of all concerned parties on issues of vital importance, when these sort of exclusive private meetings were being held?
• Chairman Kirsch lamely replied that the Canadian embassy lacks sufficient space to accommodate a meeting of more than 30 participants. He then hastily gavelled the Committee of the Whole session to a close before any other countries could make interventions in support of the Costa Rican complaint.
• The secret meeting was only the latest in a series of procedural abuses perpetrated by Western countries to stifle debate on contentious issues. Last Thursday, an informal meeting of delegates to debate the "enforced pregnancy" question was moved without notice to a new location. A large number of Muslim delegates who wanted to attend were left in confusion as to the meeting's location, and were only able to participate after pro-life lobbyists swiftly tracked them down and led them to the new room.
• Once the Muslims arrived, the meeting's Dutch chairman told them that there was insufficient seating to accommodate them. When they demanded that the meeting be moved to a larger room where they could participate, he instead adjourned the gathering without further debate. Immediately afterward, he was overheard privately assuring a Women's Caucus lobbyist that their language regarding "enforced pregnancy" would be included in the final ICC statute.

We also quoted 18 (of 45) Communist goals as recorded in the US Congressional Record, January 10, 1963, page A-34 (88th Congress) that directly target our public education system Two of those 18 goals read as follow:

Goal # 40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

Goal # 41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding children to suppressive influence of parents.

Now with communist goals # 40 and 41 fresh in your mind, read the following:

The Texas Sate Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) will consider new rules in August and September that would require teachers to obtain a "teachers license" (rather than or in addition to certificates). The license would be granted to teachers according to the age category of students they teach; BEGINNING WITH THE CATEGORY BIRTH THROUGH AGE 3.

Certification or licensing teachers to teach "BABIES" raises red flags about the states intentions to expand the role of schools to provide day care and to move in the direction of "the government village". Question .... do you really want "THE STATE" raising your BABIES????? Well whether you want it or not, that's where they're going if YOU don't find a little backbone and stand up and put a stop to it. Pastors, I am including you also simply because one of the communist goals and the Department of Education goal is to get to the minds and bodies of the children before the Church can and YOU simply cannot hide behind your pulpit and allow that to happen..

• Case in point # 1: It's a matter of public record that Mrs Hillary Clinton believes that: "Throughout the 1980's, debate over child care in the United States always seems to focus on 'FAMILY VALUES'. This assumes that parents alone can always determine --- what's best for their children and hence society."
   
• Case in point # 2: In paragraph three of a letter addressed to "Dear Hillary" dated 11 November 1992, Marc Tucker refers to "--- the agenda on which you [Hillary Clinton] and we have all been working ---". Marc Tucker is President of the National Center on Education and the Economy and the agenda he refers to in his letter pertains to the restructuring of the American systems of education and labor which they [Hillary and Marc Tucker] had previously designed. Specifically on page 16, paragraph 2, Mr. Tucker reminds Mrs Clinton that "Early childhood education should be combined with quality day care to provide wrap-around programs that enable working parents to drop of their children [at the local public school] at the beginning of the workday and pick them up at the end." [ The ultimate objective is to combine day care with educational instruction for ALL children beginning AT BIRTH and make it mandatory ]
   
• Case in point # 3: The School District of Philadelphia spends more than $3 million a year to run in-school day-care centers, referred to as Teen Parent Centers. Those centers are not for employees, but for students [children] who have [illegitimate] kids. The first center opened at Simon Gratz High School in 1991. This year, 13 high schools operate them for about 275 infants and toddlers, a cost of almost $11,000 a year for each child. The centers can only care for a small fraction of the estimated 2,400 babies born to Philadelphia public high school mothers each year.
   
• Case in point # 4: The Los Angeles Unified District, with 647,612 students, is three times larger than Philadelphia. It operates five day-care centers exclusively for students serving 114 babies at a total cost of $798,000.

So what message are we really sending our teenagers and preteens --- Hay little boy, here's a condom. Now you just go ahead and do what ever makes you feel good, because if it doesn't work, hay man no sweat, we'll take care of your little illegitimate baby right here in your own local school. And we'll even send the bill to your stupid neighbors for payment (in the form of increased taxes) because they won't know the difference anyway.

QUESTION: What makes you think that TEXAS is going to be different from all the other states when there is ONLY ONE set of rules for all 50 states that accept government funds under Goals 2000. It's absolutely unbelievable how many parents have convinced themselves that there is a separate set of rules for "their" local school, "their" local school district and / or their "individual state" Folks, there is ONLY ONE set of rues for everyone and eventually ALL schools, all school districts and all states must and will conform to that one set of rules.

WAKE UP TEXAS, WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME.

Flip is in Jail!

On Feb 17, 1998, the Circuit Court for the city of Lynchburg, VA sentenced the Rev. Flip Benham, National Director of Operation Rescue, to 6 months in jail and a $500 fine. This sentence came as a result of a public proclamation on Nov. 19, 1997 held outside E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, VA. 250 Liberty University students stood on the public sidewalk proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ along with Rev. Benham.

"Evidently, it's become an outrageous crime to lift up this gospel to the young people," said Rev. Benham. "We're not going to let this stop us. It's just that the cost has gone up. Christian must remain at the gates of hell so that the King of Glory - Jesus - may enter in."

OHIO SENATOR ACCUSED OF BRIBERY

As reprted in the Capitol Review published by Hannah Report in Columbus:

According to news releases Sen Jeffery Johnson (D-Cleveland), a candidate for the 11th Congressional district replacing Cleveland's U.S. Rep. Louis Stokes, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of bribery and mail fraud. The indictment charges Johnson with two violations of the Hobbs ACt, which invovles bribery by state officials, and two counts of mail fraud.

The penalty for violation of the Hobbs Act is up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. The violation of mail fraud carries a penalty of up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Johnson is accused of demanding personal loans and campaign contributions from grocery store owners in order to help them recieve state and county licenses such as contracts for Ohio Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, liquor licenses, Ohio lottery contracts, and federal food stamps contracts.

Johnson maintains he is innocent of the charges and plans to remain in the congressional race.

Johnson is minority leader of the Senate Education Committee and the Judicary Committee. He and I have tangled many times regarding pro-life and pro-family legislation and I have even accused him of being a anti-Christain bigot for his remarks against Christianity during the introduction of the Abstinence Bill in the Senate Ed Committee. Johnson singled out Christianity in his attacks against the "until marriage" language in the bill. He stated "...this sounds like a Christain idea to me. Christian doctrine has no place in law." I will pray for him in jail just as I pray for him now.

GARDNER WILL CHAIR SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE.

Senate President Richard Finan(R-Evendale) announced a number of new committee assignments resulting from the addition of Jay Hottinger (R-Newark), the resignation of Nancy Chiles Dix and the election of Sen. Merle Kerans (R-Springfield) as majority whip.

Sen. Bob Gardner (R-Madison) will move up from vice-chairman of the Education Committee to chairman, replacing Kearns, who still intends to be very involved in committee activities. Opinion: This is a bad move for the family. Mr. Gardner who by some observations is a democrat registered has a republican, a true country club republican, has been no friend of the family. He opposed the Abstinence Bill in any form. Mr. Finan has once again yielded to the teacher unions and education bueraucrats for the appointment to Education Committee Chair. Holding true to Mr. Finans rumured stated distain for conservatives.

GOFF TO RETIRE JANUARY 1, 1999.

State Supt. of Public Instruction John Goff announced February 20th that he will retire after resigning from his post, effective January 1, 1999.

Goff said that the annoucement of his retirement will allow the board time to conduct a thorough search for his replacement. Also, he said, " the timing of my departure coincides with the installation of a new state administration and General Assembly, thus providing you with an opportunity to appropiately involve the new governor of Ohio and the legislative leadership in working with you to select the person who will guide the Department of Education into the year 2000."

Opinion: Mr. Goff offered no leadership and could only think when the OEA told him to. He is no lose for the family. My concern is who will replace him.

STEINER TO RUN ISSUE 2 CAMPAIGN

Governor Voinovich announced that his Chief of Staff Curt Steiner will take a leave of absence to run the campaign to secure passage of issue 2 (one cent sales tax increase for school funding), effective the week of March 1, 1998. Steiner has been Chief of Staff to Voinovich since August of 1996. Former Chief of Staff Mifsud was indicted forcing his resignation.

Scott Pullins, National Taxpayers Union of Ohio, commented that if Steiner truly wants to run this campaign, the "right thing to do" would be to resign his position. Pullins said it is "unethical" for the governor's chief of staff to be " shaking down corporations," then returning to his job with influence over the awarding of state contracts.

Opinion: You would think that with the problems Voinovich experinced with Mifsud, he would learn not have even the apperance of impropriety. You would think.

STATE ASKS FOR EXTENSION IN DEROLPH CASE

Attorney General Betty Montgomery has filed a motion in Perry County Commons Pleas Court asking Judge Lewis to grant an extension of March 24, 1998 deadline. She is asking that consideration be given to action already taken by the legislature in passage of AmSub HB697, giving voters a chance to vote on a sales tax increase, coupled with HB650 setting up a spending formula for primary and secondary education.

The motion, filed February 18, 1998, states that the legislature is relying on Art.II, Sec.26 of the Ohio Constitution, to make the proposed sales tax increase contingent on approval of the voters on the May 5, 1998 primary election. Because the vote "represents a vital component of the legislature's response to Derolph,"the motion asks for an extension of the deadline until July 1, 1998, "which is both after the May election and which would provide ample time to review the state's remedy."

Montgomery in anticipation of the court challenges to the constitutionality of AmSubHB697 also asked the court for Expedited Review. David Zanotti of the Ohio Roundtable with the moral support of several other pro-family organizations including PRO-FAMILY NETWORK, has filed a challenge to the state over AmSub697 questioning the legislatures and governors constitutional ability to put a tax issue on the ballot.

The Derolph nonsense goes on.

Testimony on HB 565 was heard this past Wednesday February 18, 1998 in the Civil & Commericial Law Committee of the Ohio House. The ACLU; American Civil Liberties Union ( which ought to be called the Anti-Christian Liberites Union ) testified that the passage of HB 565 would result in a lawsuit because this bill tramples upon First Amendment rights. A software industry spokeswoman who herself professed to be a ACLU attorney, sighting the same New York state case the ACLU used said; that the software industry could regulate themselves and that HB 565 is unconstitutional.

HB 565 only updates EXISTING law to include telecomunications, i.e. computers. Pandering obscenity to a minor is unlawful and has passed constitutional muster. All HB 565 does is update the law to include internet pornography. Simular laws in other state have stayed on the books surviving challenges by the "Anti Christian Liberties Union." HB 565 introduced by Rep. George Terwilliger (R) Mason, is very simular to these bills and not the New York case the "Anti Christian Litigation Unit" reffered to in testimony.

The biggest and probably most ridiculous excuse to oppose this bill is the one that HB 565 abridges free speech. Using children in Adult films is Free Speech? Having sex with with nine year olds is a first amendment right? NO!! This issue is not a Free Speech issue it is a Health and Safety issue to protect our children from sexual predators!

Case in point. A young man named Matt testifying on behalf of his 11 y/o brother told the committee the following. His brother sitting at a computer in the Medina Co. Library in Brunswick went to the restroom. A man who was sitting at the computers followed him into the restroom. The man was fondling himself while actively seeking to view the boy urinate. The boy terrified ran from the restroom. Later the Brunswick police viewed the cache of the computer the man was viewing at the library and found graphic sex sights of young children engaged in sex acts.

A "Cyber Cop" from the Columbus Police Department testified in support of the bill. A Warren County Prosecutor testified that this bill was the tool needed to go after sexual predators who use computers to prey on children. Many pro family organizations testified in support of the bill including Citizens for the Protection of Children, Medina Co. Christian Coalition and PRO-FAMILY NETWORK.
