The fifth grade class has had a terrific start to the 2000-2001 school year. We are the largest class in Zela Elementary with twenty-five students. We are "Reading Buddies" with Mrs. Benton's first grade and have done several projects together this fall. The fifth grade enjoys writing, reading, and especially math. Writing in our journals is how we start our day. We are looking forward to an exciting year!
